Leadership & Development
Good leaders are necessary for good outcomes. Through our Leadership Academy on Ending Homelessness, Master Class on Ending Homelessness, and Gathering for Senior Leaders Ending Homelessness, we have assisted over 700 leaders in the work of ending homelessness. We also provide coaching to executives and managers in the housing and homelessness field.
Individual Coaching
One on one coaching with executives, managers, supervisors and emerging leaders delivered by Iain De Jong, the founder of the Leadership Academy on Ending Homelessness.
Team Coaching
We complete coaching with entire teams. This is especially useful when working through a broad change initiative or when team dynamics are interfering with preventing, reducing or ending homelessness. Most organizations that choose this approach also intersperse one on one coaching sessions as well.
